Does it hurt?

Yes slightly, you are may experience a little discomfort while being tattooed. Each person describes it differently. Most people say it feels like a hot but mild burning sensation much like sunburn or a scratching feeling. It is not as painful as some may want you to believe.

 

How long will it take?

This depends on the size of the design and intricacy of design and how well the client sits while being tattooed. It's difficult to determine until the design has been chosen. Always allow yourself enough time for your tattoo.

 

How much will it cost?

The price of each tattoo is usually shown in the studio. The price set depends on the time it takes to execute. Some small but detailed designs may take as long as larger designs without much detail. We have designs covering all price ranges.

 

Where shall I put my tattoo?

The best place to have your tattoo is where you want it. Do not have your tattoo somewhere because you have been told it is a less painful place.

 

How long will it take to heal?

This differs from individual to individual, but is helped by the way it is looked after. Most tattoos will be healed within 7 to 10 days, but allow up to a month to heal completely.

 

How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?

You must be 18 years or over - THAT IS THE LAW.

 

Do you use new needles for everybody?

Yes. Each needle is used once only and is then disposed of in a sharps bin. All needles are new and sterilised.

 

Can my friend come with me when I am tattooed?

We will allow one other person to come in the studio with you

 

Should I prepare in advance for my tattoo?

Eat a little, if you have an empty stomach this can make you light headed. Do not drink any alcohol or take any drugs prior to your appointment. Try to avoid taking aspirin or antihistamines 24 hours prior to your appointment as these can thin your blood.
